Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming donations from various sources.
- Sort donated items into appropriate categories (clothing, housewares, electronics, books, etc.).
- Inspect items for quality, damage, and cleanliness, deciding on suitability for sale.
- Clean, sanitize, and prepare merchandise for display.
- Tag and price items accurately based on established guidelines.
- Organize and replenish inventory on the sales floor, ensuring an attractive and tidy presentation.
- Assist with moving heavier items as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized processing area and backroom.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and a positive work environment.
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
