Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a seamless and positive first impression.
- Manage spa appointments and bookings efficiently using scheduling software, handling cancellations and rescheduling with professionalism.
- Accurately process payments for services and products, and manage the till.
- Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries, providing detailed information about spa services, promotions, and packages.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common guest spaces.
- Educate guests on spa treatments, products, and membership options to enhance their experience.
- Handle guest concerns and feedback gracefully, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Assist with inventory management of retail products and spa supplies.
- Collaborate with therapists and other spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform opening and closing procedures for the reception desk.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or wellness.
