Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude, providing a positive first impression.
- Allocate bowling lanes, distribute appropriate bowling shoes and balls, and clearly explain game rules and safety guidelines.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of bowling lanes, common areas, equipment, and customer facilities throughout shifts.
- Monitor lane activity to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests, resolving minor issues or escalating as necessary.
- Process payments accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and card transactions, and manage bookings.
- Answer customer inquiries about services, promotions, and events, providing helpful and accurate information.
