Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Administer medication reminders as prescribed by medical professionals.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social activities.
- Maintain a detailed record of care provided and report any changes in client condition.
- Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere, respecting client privacy and dignity.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and care plans established for the client.
