Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative visual merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
- Design and execute engaging window displays, in-store product presentations, and promotional areas.
- Regularly refresh and maintain visual displays to ensure they are current, impactful, and immaculately presented.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the sales team to ensure product availability for visual setups.
- Train and mentor store staff on visual merchandising standards, display techniques, and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to evaluate visual effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure consistency.
- Research current market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform and evolve merchandising strategies.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and inventory teams to ensure seamless execution of visual plans.
- Manage and organize visual merchandising props, fixtures, and materials efficiently.
- Provide feedback and reporting on display performance, customer engagement, and sales impact to management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser in a retail environment (minimum 2.5 years).
- Exceptional creativity and a strong portfolio showcasing visual merchandising projects.
- In-depth understanding of retail design principles, display techniques, and customer flow.
- Ability to interpret commercial data and translate it into effective visual strategies.
- Proficiency in visual design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
