Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to production schedules.
- Conduct regular quality checks on packaged products, verifying labels, seals, and overall product presentation meet company standards.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment, reporting any malfunctions or necessary repairs promptly.
- Load raw materials and packaging components onto the line and remove finished products, maintaining an organized workspace.
- Adhere strictly to all occupational health and safety (OH&S) guidelines, food safety standards (HACCP), and company policies.
- Maintain accurate production records, including downtime, output, and quality control logs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues and improve line efficiency.
