Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all park visitors by actively monitoring trampoline courts and activity zones.
- Strictly enforce all park rules and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a secure environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, warmly greeting guests, answering questions, and assisting with any needs or concerns.
- Assist with the setup, supervision, and coordination of birthday parties, group events, and other special functions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the park facilities, including common areas, restrooms, and activity zones.
- Conduct regular equipment checks and promptly report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Actively participate in mandatory safety briefings, training sessions, and team meetings to stay updated on procedures.
- Assist guests with waivers, wristbands, and general check-in procedures as needed.
