You will champion the user experience, drive market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and translate complex business requirements into tangible product features. This role demands a blend of strategic foresight, analytical prowess, and strong communication skills to align diverse stakeholders and deliver world-class products that resonate with a global audience. Key Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a global brand's key products.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
  • Translate high-level business goals and complex user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize the product backlog effectively, managing feature development from initial concept to successful launch.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
  • Monitor product performance using key metrics, analyze data-driven insights, and iterate on features to optimize outcomes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and provide expert guidance to internal teams.
  • Champion product best practices, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and customer-centricity within the remote team.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product updates and progress effectively to all levels of the organization.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive product management experience, preferably with global products or brands.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products from ideation to post-launch optimization.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and lean product principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with modern product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Aha!, Figma, Google Analytics).
  • Experience working effectively in a remote and globally distributed team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
  • A strong passion for technology and an understanding of current digital trends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in a specific industry relevant to the global brand (e.g., SaaS, E-commerce, FinTech, Media).
  • Familiarity with internationalization and localization challenges for digital products.
  • Certifications in Product Management (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic Marketing).
  • Experience with A/B testing, user testing, and other experimentation techniques to drive product improvement.
  • Prior experience working with offshore development teams.

Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive annual salary and performance-based bonuses.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • Generous paid time off, including holidays, sick leave, and personal days.
  • Flexible remote work environment and schedule to support work-life balance.
  • Opportunities for professional development, continuous learning, and career advancement.
