Career.zycto is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Summer Camp Counselors in Green Valley Ranch, Denver. As a Summer Camp Counselor, you will be a vital part of our camp community, guiding campers through a diverse array of activities, fostering a safe and inclusive environment, and serving as a positive role model. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise campers during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Lead and actively participate in a variety of camp activities, including arts and crafts, sports, games, and educational sessions.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment where every camper feels valued and engaged.
- Serve as a positive role model for campers, demonstrating enthusiasm, respect, and good sportsmanship.
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of activity areas and camp facilities.
- Communicate effectively with camp leadership regarding camper needs, concerns, or incidents.
- Enforce camp rules and policies consistently and fairly.
- Attend all required staff meetings and training sessions.
- Provide basic first aid and comfort to campers as needed, following established protocols.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a volunteer or mentor with children (e.g., babysitting, youth group leader, tutor).
- Current certification in First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Experience or interest in specific camp activities such as sports, arts, music, or nature studies.
- Ability to speak Spanish or other languages is a plus.
