Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and tidying up living areas.
- Facilitate safe mobility, including transferring, walking assistance, and fall prevention.
- Administer medication reminders as per the client's care plan and physician's instructions.
- Engage clients in stimulating activities, hobbies, and social interactions to promote mental and physical well-being.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, their families, and the care coordination team regarding client status and needs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for clients.
Required Skills
