Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor CCTV cameras and associated equipment in a control room environment.
- Proactively identify and report suspicious activities, security breaches, and potential threats.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms and incidents, coordinating with on-site security, management, and emergency services.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all activities, incidents, and observations.
- Prepare comprehensive incident reports, including photographic and video evidence, as required.
- Ensure all surveillance equipment is fully operational, reporting any malfunctions for immediate repair.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and relevant data protection regulations.
- Conduct regular system checks to ensure optimal performance of all CCTV systems.
- Assist in the retrieval and review of recorded footage for investigations and audits.

Required Skills
