Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks on products to identify and remove defective items.
- Assist with the assembly and packaging of finished goods according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
- Load and unload materials and products from machines or conveyor belts.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
- Perform general labor tasks as required to support manufacturing operations.
