Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers and provide excellent service, assisting them in finding desired products.
- Perform basic plant care tasks including watering, pruning, fertilizing, and repotting as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the nursery floor, displays, and work areas.
- Restock shelves, arrange plants creatively, and ensure accurate signage and pricing.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and processing new plant shipments.
- Accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for customer transactions.
- Answer general customer questions about plants, gardening, and products, or direct them to specialized staff.
- Help customers load purchases into their vehicles when required.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including tagging and counting plants.
- Learn and strictly adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.
Required Skills
