Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior network administrators with daily network operations, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Learn to install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software components.
- Participate in troubleshooting network connectivity issues and resolving user-reported problems.
- Gain exposure to network security protocols, firewall configurations, and data backup procedures.
- Support the documentation of network configurations, procedures, and inventory.
- Shadow experienced professionals to understand best practices in network management and security.
- Conduct basic network performance monitoring and report on irregularities.
