Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior welders and metal fabricators in daily tasks and project execution.
- Learn and practice various welding techniques, including Arc, MIG, and TIG, under supervision.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to understand project requirements.
- Prepare materials for welding by cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal surfaces.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Perform quality checks on welds and fabricated components to ensure they meet specifications.
- Assist with the installation and assembly of metal structures on construction sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Actively participate in training sessions and commit to continuous learning and skill development.
