Key Responsibilities

  • Collecting and compiling data from various internal and external sources.
  • Maintaining accuracy and integrity of all data used for reporting purposes.
  • Generating regular and ad-hoc reports using specified templates and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Assisting in the analysis of data to identify key trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Preparing presentations and summaries of reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Ensuring timely submission of all required reports to relevant departments.
  • Collaborating effectively with other teams to gather necessary information and clarify reporting requirements.
  • Documenting reporting procedures and maintaining an organised archive of all generated reports.
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of reporting processes and systems.

Required Skills
