Key Responsibilities
- Operate fuel pumps to dispense fuel accurately and safely to customers.
- Process various payment methods (cash, credit/debit cards) accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions, provide change, and reconcile daily sales.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service, including assisting with inquiries and offering directions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fuel pumps, forecourt, and surrounding areas.
- Monitor fuel levels and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
- Stock shelves with convenience store items, ensuring proper rotation and display.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures and regulations, including handling hazardous materials.
- Identify and report any maintenance needs or safety hazards promptly.
- Assist in maintaining a tidy and appealing sales area inside the station.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
