This full-time position is an exceptional opportunity for an individual eager to make a tangible impact within the fast-paced and ever-evolving music industry by supporting our Artist & Repertoire (A&R) department. You will play a crucial, instrumental role in the seamless execution of daily administrative operations, directly underpinning our core mission of talent discovery, nurturing, and artist development. Your efforts will ensure that our A&R team can focus optimally on identifying and cultivating groundbreaking musical acts.

As the A&R Administrator, you will serve as the essential administrative anchor for our creative collective, providing indispensable support to A&R Managers and Directors across a broad spectrum of tasks. You will be critical in maintaining and continually updating our comprehensive artist databases, contact lists, and intricate project trackers, which are vital for our strategic planning and operational efficiency. Furthermore, you’ll be responsible for coordinating complex schedules, arranging both local and international travel, and preparing crucial documentation ranging from artist contracts and licensing agreements to detailed legal paperwork, always with an eye for precision and compliance.

Beyond these core administrative functions, you will also act as a vital communication conduit, serving as a primary point of contact for incoming inquiries from prospective artists, their management teams, and various external partners. Your role will involve conducting targeted research on emerging artists, dissecting market trends, and analysing competitive landscapes to provide valuable insights that inform our A&R strategies. This position offers unparalleled exposure to the entire artist development lifecycle, from initial scouting and diligent evaluation through to intricate contract negotiation and comprehensive project management. If you possess a profound passion for music, exceptional organisational abilities, a keen eye for detail, and thrive in an environment where your work directly contributes to shaping the future soundscape, we warmly invite you to apply and become an integral part of Career.zycto’s journey to discover and elevate extraordinary artists.
