Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to actively listen and empathetically respond to customer inquiries.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and comfortable with standard office software.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role (at least 6 months).
