Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and social media platforms.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, complaints, and technical problems efficiently and empathetically.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through positive and proactive communication.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and quality standards in all customer interactions.
  • Actively participate in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
