Key Responsibilities
- Assist production staff with various tasks on the plant floor, including material preparation and processing.
- Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished products from machinery, trucks, or storage areas.
- Operate basic manufacturing equipment and tools under supervision, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the manufacturing plant, ensuring a safe and hygienic workspace.
- Follow all established safety protocols and procedures meticulously to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
- Perform routine quality checks on products and materials as instructed, reporting any defects or inconsistencies.
- Transport materials and products within the plant using manual or powered equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting, sorting, and labeling materials.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or production issues promptly to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and operational objectives.
Required Skills
- High level of physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to understand instructions and perform simple calculations.
- Strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately and consistently.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a willingness to collaborate.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
- A proactive approach to workplace safety and adherence to all safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications
