Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service with a friendly demeanor.
- Accurately dispense various grades of fuel (petrol, diesel, kerosene, etc.) into vehicles according to customer requests.
- Process cash, card, and mobile payments accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized pump area and forecourt at all times, including spill management.
- Monitor fuel tank levels and report low stock or replenishment needs to the station manager promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures, environmental regulations, and governmental policies.
- Assist customers with basic inquiries, directions, and resolve minor issues professionally and courteously.
- Conduct routine checks on pump functionality and report any malfunctions or defects immediately to the supervisor.
- Handle daily cash reconciliations, manage float, and complete end-of-shift reporting with precision.
- Upsell or promote station convenience store products, car wash services, or other offerings when appropriate.
