Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement responsive and scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and company standards.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance, security, and functionality of web applications.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality across the team.
- Maintain and optimize existing web applications, databases, and APIs to improve performance and user experience.
- Stay abreast of emerging web technologies and industry trends, suggesting and implementing improvements to our development processes and toolset.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure continuous operation.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Strong experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Solid understanding of server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP, or Java) and associated frameworks.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Proficient with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
