Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) for all social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, community engagement, and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance optimisation.
  • Analyse social media data and metrics using analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and generate regular reports.
  • Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive brand interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (minimum 3 years).
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant social media best practices.
  • Demonstrable experience with social media content creation, scheduling, and community management tools.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to interpret social media metrics and data to inform strategy.
  • Strong copywriting and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with an eye for compelling visuals and engaging narratives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
