Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and safely dispense fuel into customer vehicles, following all safety protocols.
- Accurately process cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service, addressing inquiries and assisting with general needs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the fuel pumps, forecourt, and overall station premises.
- Monitor fuel inventory levels and promptly report any discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to management.
- Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Assist with the stocking, merchandising, and organization of convenience store items, if applicable.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks such as cleaning fuel nozzles, wiping down pumps, and checking basic equipment functionality.
- Ensure strict compliance with all security procedures for cash handling and overall station safety.
- Professionally handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
