Econet Wireless Zimbabwe is seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote Subscription Billing Success Coordinator to join our vibrant team. As a Remote Subscription Billing Success Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end billing lifecycle for our subscription-based products and services. This includes accurate invoice generation, meticulous record-keeping, timely resolution of billing inquiries, and proactive communication with our valued customers. You will play a critical role in preventing and resolving billing discrepancies, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete subscription billing cycle, including generation, distribution, and reconciliation of invoices.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer billing inquiries, disputes, and payment issues via various communication channels (email, phone, chat).
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Process payments, adjustments, refunds, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all billing interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Finance, IT) to streamline billing processes and enhance customer experience.
- Identify trends in billing issues and propose solutions for continuous improvement and error reduction.
- Educate customers on billing procedures, payment options, and subscription terms.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new billing procedures or system enhancements.
- Prepare regular reports on billing activities, customer feedback, and key performance indicators.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or customer service roles, preferably in a subscription-based business.
- Proficiency in using billing software and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and billing procedures.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Preferred Qualifications
