Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Coordinator, specializing in Warehouse & Delivery, to join our professional team in Billy’s Bay, Treasure Beach. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
  • Coordinate and schedule all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Negotiate rates and manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively resolve any delays or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and international shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS) for efficient operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costs.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain.
  • Proven experience with inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with ERP/WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CSCMP, APICS).
  • Familiarity with Jamaican customs procedures and import/export regulations.
