Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Coordinate and schedule all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to ensure data integrity.
- Negotiate rates and manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively resolve any delays or issues.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS) for efficient operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain.
- Proven experience with inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
