Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks.
- Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
- Identify customer needs and provide information on KCB's products and services, engaging in cross-selling when appropriate.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and direct complex matters to appropriate branch personnel.
- Adhere strictly to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, KYC).
- Promote a positive and professional image of KCB Bank at all times, ensuring a welcoming and efficient banking experience.
- Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the branch as required.
- Safeguard cash and bank assets by adhering to security procedures and reporting suspicious activities.
