Job Description

National Foods Limited is seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Packaging Associate to join our bustling operations in Bulawayo Province. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor packaging machinery, ensuring correct settings and efficient operation.
  • Perform visual inspections of products and packaging for defects, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Accurately label, seal, and stack finished products onto pallets in preparation for storage or shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering strictly to company health and safety protocols.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting, recording, and reporting stock levels.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and meet daily production targets.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP, GMP) to ensure product integrity.

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good physical stamina, capable of lifting and moving packages up to 25kg.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read instructions and record data.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
  • Commitment to adhering to safety and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or packaging role.
