Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet arriving guests and assist with luggage from vehicles to the reception area.
- Safely transport guest luggage to their rooms upon check-in and retrieve it upon check-out.
- Assist guests with parcels, packages, and other personal belongings.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about hotel services, facilities, and local points of interest.
- Assist guests with general inquiries, directions, and transportation needs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel lobby, entrance, and bell desk area.
- Run errands for guests or the front desk as required.
- Assist disabled guests or those with special needs, ensuring their comfort and accessibility.
- Coordinate with the front desk and concierge team to ensure smooth guest flow and service delivery.
- Adhere strictly to all hotel policies, safety guidelines, and security procedures.
