Key Responsibilities

- Schedule appointments and meetings for senior sales consultants.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads qualified, and appointments set.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Provide feedback on market trends and client responses to management.
- Adhere to all company guidelines and ethical telemarketing practices.
