Key Responsibilities
- Execute visual merchandising directives and strategies to create attractive and engaging product displays.
- Ensure all floor merchandise is displayed according to brand standards and company guidelines.
- Regularly refresh and update displays to reflect new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal themes.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the sales floor.
- Monitor stock levels on the floor and coordinate with inventory teams to replenish merchandise.
- Collaborate with sales associates to understand product performance and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback on merchandising effectiveness and suggest improvements to visual strategies.
- Assist in the setup and takedown of promotional events and special displays.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures related to merchandise handling and display.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in retail visual merchandising or a similar role.
- Proven ability to create engaging and aesthetically pleasing product displays.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail display techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina, capable of lifting and moving merchandise and fixtures.
- Proficiency in Portuguese; basic English communication is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, or a related field.
