Job Description
Safarilink Aviation is seeking a highly professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our corporate office team at Wilson Airport, Nairobi. As the first point of contact for our valued clients, partners, and employees, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient office environment. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and employees to the corporate office.
- Manage the main switchboard, answering and directing incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution and dispatch.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing meeting room bookings, and coordinating internal meetings.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders, and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Assist with basic IT support inquiries or direct them to the appropriate technical team.
- Coordinate with courier services for urgent documents and packages.
- Uphold company security protocols by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor passes.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support office operations.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Polite, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
