Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive performance marketing strategies across search, social, display, and programmatic channels to achieve business goals.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis of campaign performance, identify key trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
- Design and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to improve campaign effectiveness and user experience.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, product, sales, data analytics) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and campaign alignment.
- Generate detailed performance reports, present findings, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay current with the latest ad tech platforms, digital marketing best practices, and algorithm changes.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) in performance marketing, with a focus on optimization and ROI.
- Expertise in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major ad platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, data visualization tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
