Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a comprehensive training program to understand IT systems, software, and hardware.
  • Provide first-level technical support for internal and external users via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and common applications.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior technical staff and follow up on their resolution.
  • Document all support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment and peripherals.
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of knowledge base articles and support documentation.
