Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Assist users with software applications and general IT inquiries.
  • Perform routine system checks and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues and escalate complex problems.
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures in a knowledge base.
  • Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Contribute to the setup and deployment of new IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects and system upgrades.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS).
  • Understanding of computer hardware components and functions.
  • Familiarity with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi).

Preferred Qualifications
