Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers warmly, offering personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends, product features, and brand stories.
  • Ensure the boutique is immaculately presented, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using a POS system and handle returns/exchanges efficiently.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients through exceptional follow-up and service.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, ticketing, and organizing merchandise.
  • Participate in store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
