Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, accurately documenting all actions.
- Monitor patients' conditions, interpret vital signs, and report changes to the medical team promptly.
- Provide comprehensive patient education regarding their conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Participate in ward rounds, meetings, and contribute to the ongoing development of clinical practice.
- Adhere to all relevant healthcare policies, procedures, and national guidelines.

- Ensure a safe and clean working environment, strictly following infection control protocols.
Required Skills
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or eligible for registration
- Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience in a hospital or clinical setting
- Demonstrable experience in acute care, medical/surgical, or a relevant specialty
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in administering medications and performing nursing procedures
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care

Preferred Qualifications
