Career.zycto is actively seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven On-site Retail Floor Manager to spearhead our Sales Department in the vibrant Historic Downtown district of Hot Springs. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional activities, and merchandising plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage product displays, and ensure accurate stock control and loss prevention.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate ongoing training and development for the sales team.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all patrons.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize store performance.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with senior management on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in retail management, specifically in a sales-focused role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
