Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads, listings, and sales opportunities through various prospecting methods.
- Conduct property viewings and open houses, effectively showcasing properties to potential buyers/tenants.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate successful property transactions from initiation to close.
- Prepare and present property proposals and market analyses to clients.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive client database and strong professional network.
- Stay updated with real estate market trends, property values, and local community developments in Bethlehem and surrounding areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships.
- Adhere to all relevant real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and administrative staff.
Required Skills
- Valid Real Estate Agent qualification (e.g., NQF 4 / PDE 4).
- Proven sales or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Bethlehem property market (preferred, but training provided).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with a flexible schedule.
