Career.zycto is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Agents to join our growing team in Constant Spring, Kingston. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client insurance requirements and financial goals.
- Present and explain various insurance products (life, health, auto, property, etc.) clearly and persuasively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for new policies and renewals.
- Manage and maintain a growing client portfolio, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Assist clients throughout the claims process, from initial reporting to final settlement, providing empathetic support and clear communication.
- Educate clients on policy terms, conditions, and benefits, ensuring full understanding.
- Prepare and submit accurate applications and claims documentation in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Required Skills
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a target-driven environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
