Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to hotel standards.
  • Assist the housekeeping team with linen management, room setup, and inventory control.
  • Support food and beverage operations by assisting with table setting, clearing, dishwashing, and general kitchen maintenance as needed.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, relaying complex issues to appropriate departments.
  • Assist with luggage handling and guest inquiries upon arrival and departure.
  • Ensure all hotel facilities and equipment are kept in good working condition and report any maintenance issues immediately.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall hotel operations.
