Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Change bed linen and towels, and replenish guest room supplies in accordance with hotel standards.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and clean all fixtures and fittings.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain a well-stocked and organized housekeeping cart.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Room Attendant or Housekeeper, minimum 6 months.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform duties requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
