Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling financial forecasts.
- Conduct thorough variance analysis of actual results versus budget/forecast and provide clear explanations.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the FP&A team with data gathering, analysis, and ad-hoc projects.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data across all reporting tools.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams remotely to gather necessary financial information.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within FP&A operations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a financial analysis or FP&A role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex financial data.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
