Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces in all designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies (e.g., toilet paper, soap, paper towels) regularly.
- Empty waste bins and transport trash to disposal areas.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, breakrooms, and office spaces.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners safely and effectively.
- Monitor and report any maintenance needs, safety hazards, or facility damages.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and stored properly.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and company policies.
- Assist with periodic deep cleaning tasks and special projects as required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in commercial or institutional cleaning.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and proper handling procedures.
- Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, stoop, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Excellent reliability and punctuality.
