Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they match order details before packaging.
- Select appropriate packaging materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape, etc.) to ensure product safety during transit.
- Efficiently and securely pack items, ensuring they are well-protected and neatly arranged.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information, barcodes, and any special handling instructions.
- Operate basic packaging equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all warehouse safety standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues to the warehouse supervisor promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packaging targets and deadlines.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to read and understand order forms and product labels.
- Good physical stamina, capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 kg regularly.
