Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers regarding insurance policies, products, and services.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about policy coverage, benefits, and terms.
- Assist customers with claims initiation processes, documentation requirements, and status updates.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and empathetically, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell relevant insurance products based on customer needs.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and problem resolution.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
