The Clorox Company is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Remote E-commerce Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to lead the digital transformation and expansion of key product categories, working from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and market share across our digital platforms (DTC and marketplaces).
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central) to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate programs, specifically tailored for e-commerce.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis, utilizing tools like Google Analytics, to track KPIs, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of e-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Oversee product listings, content creation, and promotional campaigns to ensure accuracy, appeal, and conversion optimization.
- Stay abreast of emerging e-commerce trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes to continuously innovate and maintain a competitive advantage.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in managing and growing e-commerce businesses, with a focus on DTC and marketplace strategies.
- Expertise with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and strong understanding of their functionalities.
- Demonstrable knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and affiliate marketing.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing methodologies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a remote environment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across departments.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience with subscription-based e-commerce models or loyalty programs.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems integration (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
