Key Responsibilities
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
- Scan goods, ensure correct pricing, and process returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting shoppers warmly and assisting with inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and sales floor.
- Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise onto shelves and displays, ensuring proper rotation and presentation.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to management.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock audits as required.
- Ensure products are clearly priced and promotional materials are correctly displayed.
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Required Skills
