Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome guests and assist with luggage and check-in procedures.
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Make reservations for restaurants, tours, transportation, and other services upon request.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill special guest requests.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and messages for guests.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy concierge desk area.
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance to enhance their experience.
  • Assist with arranging airport transfers and other travel logistics.
  • Keep updated on local events, new attractions, and changes in services.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software (PMS) or similar systems.
