Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests and assist with luggage and check-in procedures.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Make reservations for restaurants, tours, transportation, and other services upon request.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill special guest requests.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and messages for guests.
- Maintain an organized and tidy concierge desk area.
- Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance to enhance their experience.
- Assist with arranging airport transfers and other travel logistics.
- Keep updated on local events, new attractions, and changes in services.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
